Recently my family and I planned to spend two nights at Desaru Golden Beach resort run by Kejora as I was told. We ended up spending one night there and checked out after nightmare at a Chalet there.
First, the bedsheets were not changed when we checked in. they are still full of smell of human sweat;
Second, toilet was not working and leaking all over;
Third, the extra bed was really disgusting with rusted edges and mattress full of ticks;
Fourth, the window frames were full of dust and they seemed never be cleaned for ages;
........ Was I being too picky or was it just an insult to human dignity by Kejora?

You should feedback to the management in charge person. How their service level and standard? Leaving there cannot change anything or solve the problem! It will happen when next person or guest enter and stay at that room. You represent to our 选民. At least must do something, rather than leave it like nothing happen!!!??? Do you feedback all the problem to them? Are they take any action do something, or leave it like nothing happen before?? How about next guest from foreign country?? Do you think it is good image to them?
I actually planned to deliver my view in my adjournment speech in the State Assembly on 8th September, ButI did not have the chance to speak.
The BN just wants to turn a deaf ear on everything.
